If you call our office instead of requesting a quote, one of our customer service representatives will immediately answer your phone call. You won’t have to worry about being put on hold when you call us. The rental process is very simple and will only take 5-10 minutes. The service rep will ask you general questions such as the type of debris you are disposing of and the size dumpster you will need. Then they will discuss the pickup and delivery process and you will be on your way to completing your waste removal project.

What Determines the Price of a Roll Off Dumpster?
Dumpster Size: Typically, the higher capacity of the dumpster, the more it will cost. Just because you’re renting a smaller roll off dumpster, doesn’t necessarily mean there won’t be other factors contributing to the final cost.
Renting Multiple Dumpsters: At Des Moines Disposal, we do not limit the amount of dumpsters you can rent. However, each roll off you rent will be priced individually.
Empty and Return: A customer who has excessive debris and limited space at their location may opt to utilize our empty and return service. When this happens, we pick up the dumpster and dispose of the debris then we return back with the empty dumpster.
Weight of the Materials: Many customers don’t consider the weight of the materials they are throwing away. Be sure to choose the correct dumpster size so you don’t exceed the specific weight limit. A general rule is to not have materials surpass the top of the roll off dumpster.
Prohibited Items: Here at Des Moines Disposal, we are an environmentally friendly company. Materials that can cause problems in landfills are prohibited. This includes electronics, hazardous and flammable waste.
Rental Length: Every dumpster rental comes with an automatic 10-day rental period. If you need the dumpster for more than 10 days, you can rent it for $10 a day. Whenever you are finished with the roll off dumpster, just give us a call. We will gladly pick it up.
